IMPORTANT NOTICE
The British Deputy High Commission in Lagos is currently experiencing a backlog in processing visa applications due to severe failures in their Communications Systems. They are working hard to fix the systems problems, clear the backlog and resume normal service.
Following these technical problems the VACs in Victoria Island and Ikeja have been closed from accepting visa applications till further notice.
The VACs in Abuja and Ibadanare still fully operational and you can make your application there if you need your visa urgently especially in case of a medical emergency.
They appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
Welcome to the Website of the UK Visa Application Centres in Nigeria
The UK Visa Application Centres are officially authorized by the British High
Commission in Nigeria to accept applications for all categories of visas.
This site contains important information on the visa application process and
related details. Please go through the contents carefully before making a visa
application.
You can take an appointment for visiting your nearest UK Visa Application
Centre to turn in your application. This will help you significantly reduce
waiting time as you will be assigned to a "Priority" queue.
Applicants can also visit an Application Centre without an appointment. Such
applicants will be assigned to a regular queue. Please note that the number of
applicants allowed into the regular queue may be restricted during peak periods
for sake of crowd control.
