This website is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by
you of this site constitutes acceptance by you of these Terms & Conditions,
which take effect from the date of first use. Throughout this document, the
terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Visa Facilitation Services (VFS) and the
terms 'you' and 'your' refer to you the user.
Introduction
If you are not sure whether you require a visa to visit the United Kingdom, you
should check before making an application. You can do this by using the
questionnaire 'Do I need a visa' on the UKvisas' website. If you are applying
for an adoption visa, you should consult our adoption helpfile. This site is
not intended for UK Overseas Territory applications. For further information
you should visit www.ukvisas.gov.uk.
This site contains electronic application forms that allow you to apply for a
UK visa or entry clearance over the Internet using a secure connection. The
correct application form and questions will be generated depending on the
answers you give. You will be given the option to edit your answers at the end
of the process, but before final submission.
Declaration
Before final submission of the electronic application, you will be required to
confirm that you have read the Declaration by signing in the box provided. You
should do this by entering your name. This Declaration must be signed by you,
the applicant, personally, and not by a representative or other person acting
on your behalf. An application for a person under the age of 18 may be
completed by the parent or legal guardian.
General:
Refund policy
The application processing fee once submitted are non-refundable regardless of
the outcome of the application.
Intellectual property
The names, images & logos identifying VFS, UKvisas, the FCO and the HO are
proprietary marks of those organisations. Copying our logos and / or any other
third party logos accessed via this website is not permitted without prior
approval from the relevant copyright owner.

You do not have to ask permission to link directly to pages hosted on this
site. However, we do not permit our pages to be loaded to frames on your site.
The VFS pages must load into the user's entire window.

link, nor should listing be taken as endorsement of any kind. We cannot
guarantee that these links will work all of the time and we have no control

Virus protection
We make every effort to check and test material at all stages of production. It

from the Internet. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss,
disruption, or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur
whilst using material derived form this website.

The Data Protection Act
The Data Protection Act Under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to
protect any information we collect from you. The FCO is processing the personal
data on these electronic application forms and related data for the purpose of
promoting and protecting the interests of the UK and its citizens abroad. The
data may be disclosed to other UK Government Departments and public authorities
and companies assisting in the processing and production of your visa. VFS
shall not disclose or allow access to any personal data provided by the Foreign
& Commonwealth Office or acquired by VFS during the execution of the
contract, other than to VFS personnel or those otherwise lawfully concerned
with the execution of the contract.

Comments & Questions
If you send an email or letter to info@ukvac-ng.com
asking for information, we may need to contact other Government departments to
find that information. If your question is technical, we may need to pass it on
to our technology suppliers. We do not pass on any of your personal information
when dealing with your enquiry unless you have given us permission to do so.
Once we have replied to you, we keep a record of your messages for up to 1
month for reference and audit purposes, after which it is deleted.
What happens when I link to another site?
The VFS website contains links to other websites, both those of government
departments and of other organisations. This privacy policy applies only to our
site so you should always be aware when you are moving to another site and read
the privacy statement of any site, which collects personal information.
Changes to this privacy policy
If this privacy policy changes in any way, we will place an updated version on
this page. Regularly reviewing this page ensures that you are always aware of
